Return & Refund Policy 

At Bunkar Collective, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every piece. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Window You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided the item meets the eligibility conditions below.

2. Eligibility Conditions To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Returned with all original tags and packaging intact
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation / invoice)
  • Reported with photographs at the time of raising the request

3. Non-Returnable Items The following are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products purchased during sale, clearance, or at a discount
  • Customised or made-to-order items
  • Items showing signs of use, washing, alteration, or damage by the customer
  • Items where the concern is minor colour variation due to screen display — slight differences in embroidery or print are inherent to handcrafted products and are not considered defects

4. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at bunkarcollection@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 95489 88218 within 7 days of delivery
  2. Include your Order ID, reason for return, and clear photographs of the product
  3. Our team will respond within 2 business days with approval or rejection
  4. If approved, ship the product back within 5 days of approval

5. Refunds

Refunds are applicable in the following cases:

  • Defective product received
  • Wrong product or wrong size delivered
  • Incomplete order received

In all other cases, an exchange or store credit will be offered.

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product.

  • Online payments (UPI / Card / Net Banking): Refunded to original payment source
  • COD orders: Refunded via NEFT — please share your bank details at the time of raising the request

6. Exchange Exchanges are available for size or colour variants of the same product, subject to stock availability. If the desired variant is unavailable, a store credit or refund will be offered.

7. Return Shipping Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases where the product received was defective, wrong, or incomplete — in such cases, we will arrange a pickup or reimburse shipping charges.
