Shipping policy
We ship across India. Here's everything you need to know about how Bunkar Collective gets your order to your door.
1. Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays). You will receive an order confirmation via email and WhatsApp after successful payment.
During peak seasons (Eid, Diwali, festive sales), processing may take up to 3 business days. We'll keep you informed.
2. Delivery Timelines

These are estimated timelines and may vary due to courier operations, weather, or public holidays.
3. Shipping Charges Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed at checkout. Orders above the free shipping threshold (as shown on the website) qualify for free shipping across India. For COD orders, a nominal handling fee may apply and will be shown at checkout.

5. Failed Delivery If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, the order will be returned to us. Re-delivery may be arranged at an additional shipping charge, or a refund will be issued after deducting original and return shipping costs.
Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are accurate at the time of ordering.
6. Damaged in Transit In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the product and packaging. We will resolve the issue promptly through a replacement or refund.
7. International Shipping Currently, we ship within India only. International shipping is not available at this time.
